You are currently paying more for paper and toner than for the service we offer you with PAGHE.AI. You are taking staff away from your company for a procedure that can be automated in a matter of minutes. You are polluting the environment with CO₂ emissions that could easily be avoided.

The most tedious part of using management software is undoubtedly entering personal details.
We have simplified this process as much as possible by allowing you to upload your personal details using a standard Excel file. Importing is very simple:
Upload the Excel file with the personal details; there is no predefined order.
Select the columns for first names, last names, tax codes, and email addresses from those available in your Excel file.
Start the import, and in a few seconds, all your personal data will be uploaded to the system.
If you need to add new personal data in the future, you can do so by uploading a new Excel file. Existing personal data will not be overwritten, and only personal data not present in our databases will be added. Alternatively, if you use a CRM, you can integrate our APIs to add new personal data in real time from your management system.

From your personal data list, you can access all information relating to the employee. You can view their personal details, but you can also view the payslips sent and their status.

In particular, the status “Pending” indicates that the payslip has been successfully sent to the employee but that the employee has not yet opened the email to view it. The status “Viewed” indicates that the email has been opened and that the payslip has therefore been viewed.

In the employee area, you can also view the various payslips sent and download them in PDF format. The link to view the payslip has an expiration time. Five minutes after clicking on the “Download payslip” button, that link will no longer be usable, and to view the payslip again, you will need to click on “Download payslip” again to allow the system to generate a new link, which will also expire after five minutes.

From your profile, you can view all the companies you are managing. For each company, you can generate a Bearer Token to use for your API calls. Our APIs are documented and allow you to integrate our system with your CRM or management system.

Within the profile in the API section, you can find the API documentation containing all the parameters needed to correctly make API calls and the Postman Open API collection to test implementations.

Every time you enter a stamp to be divided and sent, you always know exactly what has happened. Simply go to the “View Reports” section to see all the payslip delivery reports.

When the system does not send payslips:

Incorrect tax code
Incorrect email address
Employee does not exist in the company database
In all these cases, you will find an error message in the list that will allow you to correct the error and proceed with a new shipment. In fact, you can reprocess the same stamp for the same month, and employees to whom the shipment was successfully completed will not receive that month’s payslip again.

Each time you send a payslip, it is counted according to a tiered system.
From 1 to 99 payslips sent, the cost is €0.20 per payslip.
From 100 to 499 payslips sent, the cost is €0.18 per payslip.
For more than 500 payslips sent, the cost remains fixed at €0.16 per payslip.

If you wish to activate the reserved area for your employees, the fixed monthly cost is €0.20 per employee.

You can always keep an eye on costs in real time from the Dashboard. This way, you’ll never have any surprises and you’ll only pay for what you’ve actually used.

You can work on multiple companies while keeping the records separate for each company. This allows you to send payslips to a specific company by importing the stamp relating to that company.

Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. No one can access an employee’s data unless it is you or the employee themselves.

Data is hosted within the Google Cloud infrastructure, which ensures high standards of security and reliability. All information is managed in full compliance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), thanks to advanced encryption protocols, continuous monitoring, and backup procedures that protect the privacy and integrity of the data. In this way, we can guarantee a secure environment that complies with European regulations and is able to protect our users’ information at every stage of the process.
