talentflow.it is cloud-based software: it does not require installation or dedicated hardware. All you need is a modern browser to access all its features. You can use it on the go from your tablet; it can also be used on your smartphone, but it is less comfortable.
It is compatible with Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. Internet Explorer is no longer supported because it does not guarantee security and stability.
talentflow.it is Software-as-a-Service designed for businesses, not a public recruiting portal. To activate it, you need a valid VAT number, a company phone number, and an active email address; it is not available for personal use.
The client company must not be in liquidation or bankruptcy.
You’ll be up and running in just a few hours
With talentflow.it, activation is almost immediate: within a few hours of you providing us with your company details (or sole proprietorship details), we will verify everything with the Chamber of Commerce, create your account, and email you your administrator credentials. From there, you can log into the portal and generate accounts for your recruiters in complete autonomy.
There is no limit to the number of accounts, nor are there any additional costs: you only pay for what you use (CV analysis and chatbot).

When a resume arrives, TalentFlow extracts the data and saves the cell phone number in the chatbot database. It then immediately sends the candidate a confirmation email with a WhatsApp link and a 6-digit code for authentication. Once authenticated, the chatbot displays the status of their applications and responds in natural language to questions such as “When will I hear back?” or “Can I update my CV?”, 24/7 and in any language.
